Krav Maga

Pure Krav Maga is the hand-to-hand combat system of the Israeli Defence Forces and special forces. It has been adopted by military units and specialised police units throughout the world. It is the most effective and dynamic self-defense system in use today.

Unlike traditional martial arts, Krav Maga is design to provide students with a high level of proficiency in hand-to-hand combat defense against weapons and prevail against attackers in a short time period. Pure Krav Maga is a superb self-defense system for men, women and young people.

Jim McCausland, Chief Instructor of Defence Sense UK, is a certified Krav Maga Instructor with the Pure Krav Maga Institute - accredited by Boaz Aviram, former Chief Instructor Krav Maga to the Israeli Defence Forces.
